Srinagar, April 20 -- The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway has been closed for vehicular movement due to multiple landslides, mudslides, and shooting stones triggered by relentless rainfall across the region.

The inclement weather has severely affected the road conditions at several stretches of the vital highway.

Vehicular movement was stopped from both ends on Jammu Srinagar Highway due to landslides shooting stones at several places.

The roads including the Mughal Road, Sinthan Road, and the Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumri (SSG) Road are also closed due to similar weather-induced disruptions.
