India, Jan. 2 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the regularisation of 13 Incharge Chief Accounts Officers and the promotion of 23 Junior Scale Accounts Officers as Chief Accounts Officers in the Finance Department.

The orders were issued following the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, as per Government Order No. 02-F of 2026 dated January 1, 2026.

Those regularised as Chief Accounts Officers include Anoop Kumar Sharma, Gharu Ram (SC), Mehar Chand, Mohd Bashir (ST), Pooja Sharma, Shabir Ahmad Zagoo, Rakesh Kumar, Sukhdeep Singh Dheer, Priya Badyal, Shabina Kousar Gagroo, Sonam Singh, Owais Qadir Jan and Mohd Tariq Malik.
