Jammu Tawi, March 6 -- The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Thursday said that the council of ministers in Jammu & Kashmir shouldn't consist of more than 10 percent of the total members in the Legislative Assembly.

In a written reply to question of MLA Handwara, Sajad Gani Lone, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who happens to be minister in-charge of the General Administration Department, said that strength of the council of ministers shouldn't be more than 10 percent of the total members of the Assembly as per Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act-2019.
