Jammu, May 30 -- Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan arrived in Jammu today to preside over the launch of the Viksit Krishi Abhiyan, a nationwide initiative aimed at transforming Indian agriculture and empowering farmers.
