Jammu Tawi, July 5 -- Security forces recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from a terrorist hideout in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district during a routine search operation on Thursday, officials said.

A joint team of the Army and police uncovered the hideout during a combing operation in the area. The recovered items include 14 AK rifle rounds, six pistol rounds, three grenades, five pencil cells, a wire cutter, multi-data cable connector, multipurpose knife, an iron rod, and a paint box.
