Baramulla, Jan. 23 -- Assuring that internet services will be restored in phased manner in Kashmir, Union Minister for Communications Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday said that the ministers visiting J&K have been instructed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to strive for the development of the Union Territory.
The Union Minister, who arrived in Srinagar on Wednesday, visited this north Kashmir border district today and inaugurated a Sports Stadium, besides interacting with various delegations.
