India, Dec. 31 -- Forty-six terrorists were killed in 35 violent incidents across Jammu and Kashmir in 2025, while overall violence remained near a 25-year low, officials said. Among those eliminated were the perpetrators of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack-Suleiman Shah alias Hashim Musa, Hamza Afghani and Zibran-who were neutralised in an encounter on July 28, 2025.
