India, Jan. 16 -- Union Home Secretary, Govind Mohan, who was on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, held a meeting with Lt Governor Manoj Sinha and joint high-level security meeting in Jammu to review the ongoing anti-terror operations and various other security aspects vis-a-vis the Union Territory, sources said. He concluded his two-day visit to J&K today after holding hectic deliberations top security brass.

The Home Secretary arrived in Jammu yesterday and soon after chaired a high-level security meeting at the Convention Centre on Canal Road here.
