Jammu, April 4 -- Likely to visit border areas; chair security review meetings

Srinagar, Apr 3: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir from April 6, sources told on Thursday.

They said that Shah will arrive in Jammu on April 6 and will fly to Srinagar on April 7 evening and stay there for a night. The Union Home Minister would return to New Delhi on April 8.

Sources said that during his stay in Jammu, Shah is likely to visit some of the border areas and hold separate review meetings with senior officials of various security agencies and the local administration.
