JAMM, April 19 -- Hirdesh Kumar has been appointed as Managing Director, Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India in the Additional Secretary rank. He is a 1999 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.

Currently, Kumar is Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India.
