Jammu, May 3 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government has approved the creation of Small Business Development Units (SBDUs) at the district level and Business Help Desks (BHDs) at the sub-division level under Mission YUVA. These units will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the programme by supporting and guiding young entrepreneurs across the Union Territory.
