New Delhi, June 16 -- The Delhi Government has assigned key responsibilities to several IAS officers, including two from the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre.

While Pandurang K Pole, a 2004 batch officer who recently joined GNCTD, has been posted as Secretary (Higher Education & TTE), Rashmi Singh, a 2007 batch officer, has been appointed as Secretary (WCD) with additional charges of Chairperson (DCW) and Secretary (A&CL).
