Jammu Tawi, Feb. 27 -- India has strongly criticized Pakistan at the seventh meeting of the 58th Session of the UN Human Rights Council, calling it a failed state that survives on international aid.
Kshitij Tyagi, representing India's Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva, said it was unsurprising that Pakistan's leaders continued to spread falsehoods propagated by their military-terrorist complex.
Reaffirming India's stance, Tyagi emphasized that Jammu and Kashmir, along with Ladakh, will always remain an integral part of India, citing the progress made in these regions.
