India, July 23 -- Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Northern Command, reviewed the security situation and ongoing counter-terror operations in Jammu region's Doda, Ramban, and Kishtwar districts on Wednesday.According to the Northern Command Headquarters, the Army Commander assessed the current operational status during his visit to formations engaged in the operations.
Joint teams of the Army, police, and paramilitary forces have been conducting multiple operations in the region for over a month to track down terrorists suspected to be hiding in the area.
