Srinagar, Oct. 30 -- The Members of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (Disqualification on Grounds of Defection) Rules-2025 will be laid in the Legislative Assembly on Friday.
As per list of business scheduled in the House tomorrow, the Secretary, Legislative Assembly will lay on table a copy of "Members of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (Disqualification on Grounds of Defection) Rules-2025" in the House.
Under section 28 of Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act-2019, the 10th schedule of the Constitution of India is applicable to J&K Union Territory.
According to the list, a bill to amend The Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax -2025 will be taken up for consideration and passage.
