Jammu Tawi, Feb. 19 -- The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has ordered promotion of 2015 batch Joint AGMUT Cadre IFS officer Alok Kumar Maurya to the Senior Time Scale (Level 11 of the pay matrix) of the IFS.
