JAMMU: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a review meeting on the functioning of the JK Samadhan 2.0 portal, evaluating the pace, quality, and effectiveness of grievance redressal by departments and district administrations.

He emphasized that timely and satisfactory resolution of public grievances is crucial for strengthening public trust in governance. "Grievances are a diagnostic tool to assess the health of governance," he stated, urging officials to use the platform for improving service delivery and institutional responsiveness.
