Jammu Tawi, May 26 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who also holds the portfolio of the Tourism Minister, has called a meeting of his ministers, Chief Secretary, administrative Secretaries and other senior officers mainly from Kashmir, including Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and Inspector General of Police, Kashmir in Gulmarg on May 28, 2025.
Though no agenda of the meeting has been specified yet it is being presumed that this will be a big symbolic administrative move by the Chief Minister to break the governance inertia that has crept in, due to circumstances beyond control as they unfolded following the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22 leading to escalation between India and Pakistan.
