JAMMU, April 24 -- To improve real-time processing of e-office files, the General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir has activated the SMS service for e-Office Secretariat users and issued an advisory for employees to update mobile numbers and set notification preferences for file alerts.
In addition, due to outages in SMS services for OTPs, users are advised to install the Parichay Authenticator App for secure logins using TAP Authentication.
