Jammu, May 28 -- Three unexploded mortar shells were recovered near the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Narwal area of Transport Nagar in Jammu on Wednesday.
The shells, believed to be remnants of Pakistan's ceasefire violation during 'Operation Sindoora', prompted an immediate response from the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Indian Army's Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS).
Local residents alerted authorities to the suspicious objects, leading to a rapid deployment of security forces to secure the area.
