Srinagar, Oct. 16 -- Stating that more than 1,614 Jammu Kashmir Policemen laid down their lives during the past three decades while fighting Pakistan and its proxies in the Union Territory, Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat, on Thursday reiterated the commitment of the force to safeguard peace and stability in the region.
