JAMMU, Dec. 19 -- The Directorate of School Education Jammu has promoted 141 trained Graduate and Post-Graduate teachers as Masters in Pay Level-6E, following recommendations of the Divisional Level Departmental Promotion Committee.

According to the order, the promotions apply to teachers who acquired B.Ed qualification up to December 31, 2024, and will take notional effect from September 5, 2025, with monetary benefits admissible from the date of their joining as Masters.

The order further stated that vigilance clearance has been received for 133 officials, who have been posted or adjusted in various schools across the Jammu division. Posting orders for the remaining promoted teachers will be issued after receipt of the requisite vigil...
