India, Nov. 23 -- General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Kaliyar said that the large-scale combat readiness exercise 'Ram Prahar' has been designed to strengthen India's response mechanism in the event of any hostile act by the enemy.
Addressing a press conference, Lt Gen Kaliyar said the Army had already caused "significant damage" to the adversary during Operation Sindoor, and preparations under the new exercise were aimed at ensuring a much stronger counter-action if required.
