JOHANNESBURG, Jan. 27 -- Pakistan thrashed South Africa in the fourth One-Day International (ODI) at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on Sunday, levelling the five-match series 2-2.

Pakistan defeated the Proteas by eight wickets. The men in green chased down the modest target of 165 runs for the loss of two wickets.

Imam-ul-Haq scored 71 runs followed by Fakhar Zaman 44 and Babar Azam 41 runs. Pakistan chased the target in 31 overs.

In the first inning, South Africa's lower order collapsed under a deadly onslaught from Pakistani bowlers, who restricted Proteas to 164.
