ISLAMABAD, April 19 -- The British High Commissioner in Pakistan Thomas Drew has hosted an event to wish the Pakistan cricket team good luck ahead of next month's Cricket World Cup.

The mega cricketing event is being hosted by England which starts next month.

Pakistan announced yesterday its 15-men squad for the vent which is being led by keeper batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed.

The players, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ehsan Mani, the team coaches and senior members of the PCB also attended the event.

Speaking at the reception Thomas Drew said: "It is a great privilege to host the Pakistan National Cricket Team at the British High Commission today, before they head off to the UK for the Cricket World Cup in England and Wales". ...
