Nigeria, Nov. 8 -- The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas, has appealed to members of the party to exercise caution and avoid actions capable of causing internal division following the confirmation of Abdullahi Garba-Ramat as Executive Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
