Nigeria, Dec. 6 -- More than 20 onion farmers including women and children have been abducted by Boko Haram terrorists in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State. The attack happened in Malari village around midnight on Friday. According to a local source, most of the victims were labourers who went to the farmland each day to earn a living. "Over 20 farmers, including women and children, were taken by the Boko Haram terrorists. One person who tried to resist was shot and killed," the source said. This latest incident comes just days after eight farmers were similarly abducted in the same area.
