Nigeria, Jan. 16 -- In a bid to promote legal security and formal land ownership, the Lagos State Lands Bureau, led by Kamar Olowoshago, the Permanent Secretary, Lands Bureau and Esv. Olayinka Wasiu, Director, Land Regularization Directorate, conducted a community awareness programme at Akora Villa, Adeniyi Jones area of the State.

The initiative was aimed at educating residents on the importance of obtaining legal titles for their properties and the processes involved in land regularization.

During the engagement, Mr. Olowoshago and members of his team highlighted the benefits of formalising land ownership, including protection against disputes, enhanced property value, and access to government development programmes.
