Nigeria, Sept. 13 -- Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) caucus from Kebbi State in the National Assembly have rejected allegations by former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, that Governor Nasir Idris imported political thugs, armed mercenaries, and militants into the state. Speaking to journalists in Abuja on Friday night, Senator Adamu Aliero, who addressed the press on behalf of the caucus, described Malami's petition as "false, unfounded and politically motivated."
