Nigeria, May 4 -- The Kano Pillars' coach, Abdullahi Maikaba, has voiced his frustration and hinted at the possibility of resigning from his position.

Maikaba, who assumed his role on July 24, 2023, boasts an extensive coaching background in Nigeria's Premier Football League (NPFL), having worked with Enyimba, Akwa United, Plateau United, and Enugu Rangers before joining Kano Pillars.

However, his tenure at Kano Pillars hasn't met expectations, with the team struggling to perform consistently in the NPFL.

The four-time champions have faced significant challenges, registering 14 defeats, 5 draws, and just 13 wins in 32 games.
