Nigeria, Dec. 23 -- The Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has officially launched a new internal security outfit known as the Kano State Security and Neighbourhood Watch Corps, aimed at strengthening security across the state. The newly established corps comprises 2,000 well-trained personnel who will work to monitor communities, enhance local surveillance, and protect lives and property in both urban and rural areas of Kano State.
