Nigeria, Dec. 18 -- The Kaduna State Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has swung the disciplinary gavel, suspending two court registrars over alleged acts of misconduct.
The decision was disclosed in a statement released on Thursday in Kaduna by the commission's Secretary, Murtala Halidu.
According to him, the measures formed part of far-reaching administrative and disciplinary resolutions reached at the JSC's Tuesday meeting, presided over by the Chief Judge of the state, Justice M.T.M. Aliyu.
Halidu explained that the sanctions followed the commission's adoption of the findings and recommendations arising from investigations conducted by the Judicial Staff Service Committee.
