Nigeria, May 17 -- The server glitch that led to unnaturally high failure rates in Lagos and southeast states in Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board's Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has alarmed the nation and provoked intense, impassioned debates about the integrity of computer-based standardized tests.
