Nigeria, April 27 -- Chelsea have returned to the top four as the race for UEFA Champions League qualification reaches its climax.

Chelsea secured a narrow 1-0 victory against Everton at Stamford Bridge this afternoon during the League's 34th matchday of the season.

Nicolas Jackson, who recently returned to action for Chelsea after being sidelined for a while due to injury, scored in the 27th minute. A superb assist from Enzo Fernandez set up Jackson's goal, which proved enough for Chelsea, despite Everton posing a considerable threat and playing more defensively.
