Nigeria, May 20 -- A 35-year-old health worker, Umar Mohammed, was tragically stabbed to death in the Gbeganu area of Minna, the capital of Niger State, on Friday.

Sources report that the deceased, who worked at a private clinic in Minna, was returning home after attending to a patient when he encountered a group of hoodlums engaged in a violent clash.

The fight had erupted among the hoodlums during a wedding reception in Gbeganu, resulting in multiple injuries.

Residents have expressed concern over the rising activities of hoodlums, which have disrupted the peace in various parts of Minna.

The affected areas include Kpakungu, Maitumbi, Fadikpe, Gbeganu, Soje, Ogbomosho, Unguwan-Daji, Limawa, Barikin-Sale, and Kwangila, among others....
