Nigeria, Jan. 29 -- Gunmen have abducted Ambassador Bashir Isa Gusau, the North-West Youth Leader of the Tinubu and Shettima campaign organisation in Zamfara State.

The abduction was disclosed on Thursday by security analyst Bakatsine in a post on X, where he revealed that more than 30 armed men stormed Gusau's residence in Gusau town and forcefully took him away in the presence of his wife.

Security agencies were immediately alerted and have launched efforts to track down the assailants, but as of the time of filing this report, Gusau's whereabouts remain unknown.
