Nigeria, Jan. 23 -- The Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has declared Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, as the undisputed leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, insisting that former governor and current FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has no standing within the ruling party.
Bwala made the assertion during an interview on Channels Television monitored by The News Chronicle, amid escalating political tensions in Rivers State that have culminated in impeachment moves against Governor Fubara at the State House of Assembly.
Aligning with the position of APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, Bwala stressed that party leadership in Rivers is clear-cut.
