Nigeria, July 25 -- The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has hit back at President Bola Tinubu over fresh criticism of the opposition coalition, accusing him of weaponizing distractions to cover up a failing government.
Speaking in response to comments made by the president at the 14th APC meeting on Thursday, the ADC described Tinubu's constant attacks on opposition parties as "a desperate move by a man overwhelmed by chaos in his own camp."
"Instead of addressing the broken economy and the visible rift with his Vice President, Tinubu is busy poking his nose into the affairs of the ADC," the statement read.
