Nigeria, Jan. 24 -- The Federal Government has rolled out plans for the Nigeria Teachers' Summit 2026, a two-day gathering slated for Tuesday and Wednesday, aimed at pushing teachers to the frontline of ongoing education reforms.
The announcement was made in a statement released on Saturday in Abuja by Folasade Boriowo, Director of Press and Public Relations at the Federal Ministry of Education.
Boriowo said the summit is designed to reinforce the pivotal role of teachers, positioning them as the heartbeat of education transformation and long-term sustainability in Nigeria.
