Nigeria, May 20 -- Liverpool FC suffered another defeat to Brighton at the Amex Stadium in their 37th game of the season on Monday night, marking a three-game winless streak since they were crowned champions on April 27, 2025.
Since then, they have lost to Chelsea, drawn with 10-man Arsenal, and most recently lost to Brighton.
What Happened?
Three goals were scored in the first half, with Liverpool taking a 2-1 lead. Harvey Elliott opened the scoring for Liverpool, but Yasin Ayari equalized in the 32nd minute.
