Nigeria, Sept. 10 -- We gathered that the governor, who was represented by his deputy, Dr. Sam Ode, explained that the project, named Eco City, is part of his administration's broader plan to reduce the housing shortfall in the state.
"The vision of this administration is to bridge the gap in housing, as shelter is one of the basic needs of the people. It is important to activate the property investment, which is why Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC) was created.
