Nigeria, Nov. 30 -- The bandits who kidnapped the Ojibara of Bayagan in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Alhaji Kamilu Salami, have demanded a ransom of N150 million for his release.
According to reports on Sunday morning that the kidnappers called members of the Bayagan community in the early hours of the day to state their demand.
During the call, the abductors allowed the monarch to speak with his people so they could confirm he was alive and in their custody. In his distressed message, he pleaded with the community to help secure his freedom by negotiating with the kidnappers.
