Nigeria, Jan. 11 -- Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of abandoning Nigerian students studying overseas under the Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA), alleging that about 1,600 scholars have been left stranded without financial support.
