Nigeria, July 1 -- The All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed July 24 for its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting in Abuja to decide whether Ali Bukar Dalori will continue as acting national chairman or if a new substantive leader will be appointed.

The party's Deputy National Secretary, Festus Fuanter, disclosed this Monday after a National Working Committee (NWC) meeting in Abuja.

Dalori, Deputy National Chairman (North), was endorsed as acting chairman following the resignation of former chairman Abdullahi Ganduje, who cited health reasons after a visit to President Bola Tinubu.
