Nigeria, March 10 -- Telecommunications giant, Airtel Africa, is gearing up to establish its first 34 Megawatts NXtra Data Center in Lagos, Nigeria.

The groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled for later this month, will be officiated by notable dignitaries including the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr Bosun Tijani.

The NXtra Data Center, a crucial infrastructure investment for Airtel Africa, aims to bolster data sovereignty, security, and preservation within the continent.
