Dhaka, March 14 -- Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus is set to hold high-level bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on March 28, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations and discussing key issues of mutual interest between Bangladesh and China.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mohammad Rafiqul Alam confirmed the scheduled meeting during a press briefing on Wednesday. "A bilateral meeting with the President of China is scheduled for March 28," he told reporters, adding that discussions are ongoing to finalize the agenda for the high-level talks.
