Dhaka, May 27 -- A workshop held at the Department of Environment (DoE), Dhaka, marked the successful conclusion of the Green Cooling Initiative (GCI) III Project in Bangladesh. Organized by GCI III, GIZ Bangladesh, and the DoE's Ozone Cell, the event showcased achievements in promoting natural refrigerants, technician training, and awareness-raising for sustainable cooling technologies.

Speakers from government, academia, and industry-including BUET and Walton-discussed challenges and future strategies for green cooling. The event also saw the handover of training tools and the launch of a technician handbook to support ongoing capacity-building efforts.
