Dhaka, March 9 -- Bangladesh women's kabaddi team received bronze medal after the prize distribution ceremony of the 6th edition of Asian Women's Kabaddi Championship was held at the Iranian town of Pardis on Saturday.

Apart from medal, the Bangladesh kabaddi team also received trophy of the championship.Bangladesh Kabadi Federation general secretary SM Newaz Shohag was present on the occasion.

Meanwhile, India emerged unbeaten champions in the tournament beating host Iran by 33-25 points in the final held today.
