Dhaka, Oct. 11 -- In its first reaction after US President Donald Trump was denied the Nobel Peace Prize 2025, the White House lambasted the Nobel Committee, alleging it had placed "politics over peace", but Trump will "continue ending wars and saving lives".

"Once again, the Nobel Committee has proved they place politics over peace. President Trump will continue making peace deals, ending wars, and saving lives. He has the heart of a humanitarian, and there will never be anyone like him who can move mountains with the sheer force of his will," White House spokesperson Steven Cheung wrote on X.
