This Reporter asked him some questions and he answered those questions about physical fitness and other subject related to physical fitness. Physical fitness is primarily based on five physical capabilities. They are: Stamina, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition.Stamina: No one get tired easily. No one should not run out of breath quickly while climbing stairs, walking, cycling, swimming, or even running away in sudden emergencies.
